Staff are friendly and attentive, welcoming us each time and remembering our children (we go regularly due to have a pass which is such good value for money!) The branch is very clean and welcoming. There’s plenty of space and a great range of equipment for the children to enjoy. We love coming here and would recommend it to anyone who has children who love to let off steam!

We booked for my daughters 3rd birthday at Frankie and Lola's. As members we already knew the facility was fantastic. We had a large number of children booked with dietary requirements which were all met! Kellie and Ashleigh were fantastic party hosts and so accommodating! Will 100% book parties here again!thank you for making my cow crazy little girl happy on her 3rd birthday!

By far one of the best soft plays in the Midlands, and we have definitely explored quite a few by this point. There are three separate areas for different age ranges and plenty of places to sit. All the equipment is really clean and well looked after which is a pleasant surprise compared to some of the soft plays we have been too. Visiting in the summer holidays it wasn't too busy and they had additional free activities on such as a sports day to keep the kids entertained. The staff are also really friendly and helpful which is a bonus. Always nice to see a softplay have staff who actually like kids 😂 The food menu is also really good and comprehensive with something to suit all diets. We will definitely be making this a regular trip!

2nd year of booking my daughters party here and again it was fantastic. Kelly, our host, was amazing.. Nothing was too much trouble. The buffet was fab, we also added slushes which went down a treat. The children, especially my daughter, had the best time. Thank you so much for making my day so easy and stress free. Thank you so much Frankie and Lolas x

Considering how many children attend with their families, there really needs to be more toilet and baby changing facilities. I arrived and there was already the 1 room taken, and a queue of 3 people behind and that was 4pm on a Saturday when it had started to quiet down. Otherwise staff are friendly, tables quickly cleaned, food great, music not too loud, hot chocolate is awesome. Glad we have a membership! And will return 😁 I’ve added photos from a few sessions we have been to.

We had our son’s birthday here last year and this year for his 6th and they did not disappoint. We had a lovely party host called Ash who was super attentive and ensured everything was in hand from the moment we walked in. The party ran smoothly and the kids left happy which was the main thing. Frankie and Lola’s always have a lovely spread when it comes to the food, a good variety and the staff take any allergies & dietary requirements on board throughout the process of booking and on the day too to ensure theres no issues. Thank you Ash for being great and all the best with your apprenticeship x

This place today has improved from a year or so ago. Clean! Much better food! Very friendly staff especially Emily! They couldn’t do enough for us. Food was served at a reasonable time. Kids loved it! Loads of space and tables in there. Parking is free as long as you register your full plate in there. Highly recommend! Thank you! Shall return. Happy New Year! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have taken my son to many soft play places but Frankie + Lola's is by far the best soft play. Very clean, and a lovely atmosphere, staff members are great and helpful. Will definitely be coming back again.
